at check out i brought to there attention that there was roaches and didnt want the following guest to run to issue suggest to them to clean. The manager was rude and called me a liar, she also continued saying that i took the video from another hotel as if watching roaches is my favorite past time . I showed her the video and took her back to the room she argued that i should have aaid something rambled on ! Crappy attitude bad manager TEA OR ETA ... worst hotel experience

Rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was super nice when I asked for a downstairs preference and were able to accommodate me! The pool looked inviting, but we didn't swim due to rain

Front desk was super helpful. Check in was easy. My room AC didnt work so they sent maintenance right away. It couldnt be fixed so they moved me to a different room. Very accommodating and nice. Jack n the box next door and the location was excellent for Disney and Knotts. The area looked a little sus but it was very quiet. We had no issues. Will book again.
