Our room and my sister’s room next door had an ant infestation . Front desk said hotel was fully booked, offered to spray bug spray. Could not authorize a discount as no manager present. We were continued to be promised a manager would resolve the issue but on Sunday checkout , we’re told the manger was not in until Monday. That forced us to pay in full for the weekend, NOT be offered any compensation but spent the weekend with bugs. In the bed, on the side table, chair in room, tv console , in the bathroom on the sink, on one of our toothbrushes, in the shower.
Now it is MONDAY and I called the hotel , manager “not in” which means the staff continued to lie as to when a manager would be available to resolve the issue.

I made my reservation a week before my trip, only asking for my room to be on the 4th floor, but the guy at the front desk told me first come, first served. That's why you make a reservation in advance. I did. Ok, he gave me a room on the 3rd floor and it was crazy all night long, noises of people walking, apparently there were children and you could hear them running from one place to another. It was terrible! This has been my hotel for about 4 times that I've stayed there. There really is some value in making a reservation in advance, otherwise what's the point of doing it.

Alarm went off everyday. No answer at F/D after 11pm. Housekeeping did not check or give me service . I called one day to ask. They should recheck for the removal of DND's.
