Breakfast was included in our stay. The first morning we were offered the buffet or order off the menu. We ordered off the menu and food was delivered hot and delicious. The second day the buffet was put out but no one to take an order. We decided to do the buffet but the eggs were cold and nothing had been refreshed. Coffee urns were empty. Clearly the kitchen crew was off their game. Hope this gets worked out. The property is beautiful.

Perfect getaway and a great...

The location was great.

The beds and pillows were too soft. The windows on the third floor to our room were poorly washed, you could see big circles on them!! The hallway carpet to our room needed to be steamed cleaned to remove stains. The room itself was nice except for the beds. I didn’t get much sleep and counted the number of nights we have spent in hotel rooms in the last 4 months, 30 nights and this was the only bed I couldn’t sleep in.

Pretty expensive for a garden inn. There was an ongoing sound that was very uncomfortable to our ear drums. Housekeeping left the prior guests trash in the trash cans. The sink was plugged. The sliding door to the bathroom kept on falling off the rail which then led to not being able to close the door for privacy.
