Positives:
It was close to the 101 and everything was clean. Parking was convenient. Staff were nice.
Negatives:
For an extended stay and a slightly higher price than other hotels, it didn't offer "more". The kitchenette had no plates, cups (besides a few plastic ones), or silverware. No in room coffee. I requested double beds and got a king. The free breakfast wasn't much more than granola bars. I also didn't see the pet fee on booking.com and got $35/dog once I showed up.

Seating in the room was uncomfortable; AM desk gal wasn't too friendly; Maintenance guy and the evening gal were GREAT; Continental Breakfast was bismal. Due to lack of carpet, I could hear the tree workers boots in the room above me.

This was a new and very clean hotel. Staffs were friendly and kind. The hotel lets the customer borrow kitchen items like mug cups and plates etc. on the request bases. Downtown Ukiah was only 5 minutes away by car.

Positives:
Amazing place to stay in NorCal. Your last decent place between Ukiah and Eureka. Brand new facility run by a wonderful, friendly family. We were checked in by the son, home from college and working the summer, who gave us the best front desk customer service I have had in years and was super quick to bring us extra pillows and blanket upon request. We were checked out the next day by mom and dad, and had a nice conversation about their new hotel. If you’re traveling north of Santa Rosa and need a fabulous place to pit stop, Ukiah has a gem!!!

No pool, but no biggie…breakfast was to go bag but this similar everywhere with the pandemic…
