The staff is great & out of all the years ive been coming here, I've only had 2 situations with my room...but over all I love coming to this location, its quiet & tgere are restaurants & stires in walking distance.
Negatives:
My last 2 stays there was hair in my bathroom on the towls & in the shower & dirt on the bed (i hope it was), we just slept on top of the comforter & used our own blankets, the 2nd time there was hair in the shower & sink & i disinfected & whipped down things myself & got fresh towls...even though its 2 isolated occasions, I would still come here & stay.

Ive been coming here for years, the staff is great, & the hotel is in a perfect area..

I was disappointed witht he cleanliness of the room. I dropped a pen that rolled under the bed and when I reached to get it my hand came back covered in dirt. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor of the bathroom and the place just generally did not feel clean. I was also disappointed because the rooms (according to the staff) are cleaned only once every 7 days, unless the guest pays a fee to have it cleaned more regularily.

We booked a king room and we were told it was double booked and moved 2double beds our room had a kitchen with refrigerator made noise all night. No coffee nothing we had to ask for coffee it was provided the shower dripped all night and would not shut off after morning shower.

I didn't like anything about my stay. Won't be coming back

The staff was rude, and the check-in process was very unpleasant. When we arrived to check in at 12:30 am we were told that our reservation was canceled the person at the check-in asked if the card was good and if I was sure it would go through. Told him why wouldn't it? He was very intrusive with his questions and belittling. Then he ran my card twice now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Then he asked why we came to the hotel if we live close by told him "Do you ask all your guests this" I felt it was none of his business plus we didn't tell him where we live. We don't live close by and why does it matter? We're paying customers. We will not be coming back EVER!!
