Positives: The room and the hotel were awesome just as i expected.
Negatives: Staff, staff can be more attentive, any question that I would ask it came with an attitude, the hotel itselt i would recommend but the staff needs a customer sevice training cause whatever that is it aint it.. Negatives: everything was bad. I had no hot water in my room. the other room didn’t have no water pressure for the shower. also my room smelled like cigarettes. this hotel is ghetto. and the staff is rude as hell.

Positives: One staff member was very nice and helpful but the others seemed like they did not want to be there.
Negatives: There was an awful musty smell in the hallway. Also, one of my lamps in the room did not work and nothing was done to fix it once I informed staff. The worst part was I found 3 cockroaches in the room. One in the bathtub, the desk drawer and near the bed. It was very distressing.

Positives: When we first got there we found a funeral in memory of pin near the closet. Kay that's bad vibes and sad. I came here to get away from bad vibes then I opened the bathroom door. Used towel on ground and tons of hair on the wall of shower. So disgusting called front desk when she came to give us new key for a different room obviously this one was not cleaned she wouldn't even go in the nasty room herself so I could show her. I tolerated the move down the hall still not relaxed from the funeral pin. K mean really? Who could even make this shi# up? Never comped or discount anything. Only good thing was Friday night manager was kind and brought new key to us. But this started off all wrong!!
Negatives: I was charged twice so I called to make sure that the booking.com charge was going to be refunded because it was completed on my credit card. The lady literally treated me as an idiot and all I asked is if they had this problem with booking.com before. I'm sure if it was her money (twice the amount of the room) she'd be consider of $341. Literally... people are rude even hotel clerks at front desk. I would never imagine to be hung up on and treated so terribly like never before in a hotel lobby.
I should've went somewhere else!

Negatives: The property smelled like B.O, bad foot smell, and our room smelled like smoked….Half of the lights on our room didn’t work, the hot water didn’t work for like 25 minutes, and breakfast was more like snacks…There was people outside the facility screaming loud, in the edge of the sink with the marble countertop there was mold and one of my children is Allergic to mold….couldn’t sleep at all.
