Positives:
The staff was wonderful and helpful. I forgot the name of the lady who helped me check in, but she had such a high-spirited personality. I loved it. The beds are a whole other story, I slept well, and my sister in law who is pregnant, finally had an uninterrupted sleep and loved the comfort of the beds.
Negatives:
There were no towels available by the pool side, but we always got some when we asked staff.

Kitchen appropriately stocked. Main bed comfy. Room clean

Booked suite for family of four. Only one bed had bedding. No soap in bathroom. One towel. Staff didn’t have people to get us stuff so had to go to front desk to get everything that wasn’t appropriate stocked in the room.
