Negatives: We had to wait a long time before we could leave the room as the keys were not ready. Asked for quiet room but street noise was intrusive. Staff person had to come to the room twice to get remote control to work.

Positives: I enjoyed the friendly staffs and facilities that I have been often visited on the weekly basis.

Negatives: Just the latest stayed, I have requested for my anniversary night. They gave us the suite 207 of which was a nice room but with the handicap restroom and the AC. was extremely loud all night,I called the front desk to tell them if they could help but they said it late night now,they didn’t want to bother the guest which was me and my boyfriend so if their AC sounds bothering us to the point of calling them…then why would they think that they would bothering us when we already have been bothered.
