Nice included breakfast. Comfortable bed. Desk space with many cable outlets. A lounge chair for reading. Good AC and wifi.

Apparently I should have been told that my room would not be serviced in the morning unless I had requested it. I have never run into that SOP before and was surprised to return to unmade bed and uncleaned bathroom. Requested the service for the following day and it was fairly slipshod. Sheets pulled together and comforter pulled up but pillows left on lounge chair. At least the wastebaskets were emptied and fresh towels put in the bathroom. I dislike gel/body wash, especially when in a pump bottle installed on the tub/shower wall where a person taking a tub bath can’t reach it without standing up out of the water. Requested and received a mini-bar of soap. 4 random ants in bathroom - killed them.

Asked if there was a restaurant nearby and was told no.. Chick fil A was next door and a burger place just a block away!? We ordered Thai and got in car and went downtown to pick it up, exhausted, saw chic fil A?! Breakfast was horrible rubbery omelet and barely heated sausage. Had to move car because it was unclear where I was to park in underground parking. Laminate a map of the parking and show guests!
