I loved this hotel and I stayed several times the last 2 times the staff treated me so badly that I cried because I made my reservation and the guy threw the paper in my face telling me that I had no confirmation at the hotel and it was in someone else's name person and the floor of the room all full of disgusting women's hair

The location was great and next to everything you may need. The a/c worked really good. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
I usually stay at this chain of hotels and it definitely was not up to the standard of its name. The room I was first placed in smelled like cat pee. I was given another room promptly. The second room was odor free but not cleaned thoroughly. Little things matter to travelers ….clean the light switches, clean the front and back of the doors, clean the top of the fridge, clean the head boards off and for goodness sake, make sure the room smells great!
