1. I thought the valet should be an option not mandatory. That was a surprise expense.
2. The sliding door with no lock for the restroom didn't provide to much privacy.

Negatives:
Laundry facilities (dryers) didn’t dry my small loads for more than 2 hours and they were timed for 8 minutes, so I had to stay to restart every 8 minutes. Was up til 230am asked to have a late checkout because I was doing laundry WAY later than I expected. They wouldn’t let me have a late check out
