Had to move rooms 5 times due to maintenance issues in the rooms - no working heat, bathroom door completely off hinges got locked in bathroom. Items went missing from room - management stopped communicating when it came to reimbursing us for missing items. Still trying to get reimbursed months later.

Efficient, clean and comfortable. Having a sofa/seating area in the bedroom makes a great difference.

Breakfast is fairly basic could be improved. Adding a pancake machine would be nice. Better bread options as well.

Comfortable bed and nice room. Breakfast was great. Free parking on road between 7pm-9am. Very reasonable room rate and close proximity to CU.

Great hotel in a convenient...

The room itself was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Everything about the breakfast and its area. Every light above the tables was flickering as if the neon tubes were broken. Unbelievably annoying. First day I thought it was an accident but it never improved, bad management! Breakfast itself was VERY boring, the same every day, low quality and not comparable to breakfasts you get at a hotel in that price range in Europe. Very disappointing. It feel like a vacation hotel but a work trip work horse.

Also we were told that parking was $25 a night, which wasn’t true. Going to their website it said that 1-3 nights are $20, and anything beyond that was $10 a night. Staying for 6 nights that made a big difference. When I approached the front desk with this detail the guy behind the counter seemed surprised!!! How could that be?
