Positives: the location is perfect. so many places to walk to…it’s like a neighborhood with a cute downtown feel. the hotel was very clean, the set up was perfect and bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: there was a minor issue, but the manager went above and beyond to be respond and resolve the issue.

Positives: The location was good and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Breakfast consisted of expensive cold sugary cereals, cookies and a few fruit cups. Self serve. No real breakfast buffet. No decaf coffee, only regular. No housekeeping while we were there. Had to run water in shower for a long time to get hot water & water in sink never got hot except for the day we were leaving. No fresh cups in room & no extra blankets. Room wasn’t exactly clean because we found someone else’s dirty socks on the floor.

Positives: I was in Broomfield for a Leadership conference and loved that this hotel was a 5 minute walk to the First Bank Convention Center. It was also close to tons of restaurants which is always a plus!

Negatives: I did wish the gym had a little more equipment to use, I just didn't feel there was enough!
