Positives: The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. It's in a great location, so there is a lot of stuff nearby that is easy to get to. The people working there were nice and helped us when we needed it.

Negatives: The elevator was scary and moved with the doors open it tried closing with something in the door and it also tried closing as my sister entered it was not fun. I would recommend the stairs if you can.
