Staff was inattentive, hotel lacked amenities, and rooms were the smallest I've ever stayed at but the most expensive. Paid less in Hawaii for a room twice as nice. Never disclosed the $150 or so fee and didn't include it in our final bill but charged us for it, when we asked the front desk about it she acted confused. Overall, would not stay here again. On top of it all, was harassed by a homeless woman when my boyfriend and I dined in the hotel restaurant and sat at the patio. She walked up to our table and helped herself to our drinks and proceeded to pour herself a refill and spilled water all over herself and my boyfriend. None of the restaurant employees intervened for way too long as we sat there in shock. The worst dine-in experience ever..
