We had to wait a long time to get a drink the front desk because of all the people in the hallways and coming in from the delayed flights they were putting up. It was a very difficult night for us. We were at the hotel because we were picking up my parents from a late flight and my husband just got out of surgery. So we did not want to drive all the way back to Pueblo.
Negatives:
Had more staff for a night when that many people were going to be in your hotel. They also had no breakfast the next day because of how many people were in the hotel.
