Didn't like that you had to request that room service come in and make your room up. On Tuesday scheduled room to be made up it wasn't. needed extra towels , toilet ran all nite ice machine was out of order on the 5th floor told staff. They said I could go to a different floor. Will stay at another hotel in the future

I didn't like that I couldn't enter the side entrance using my room key. I also didn't like that 2 of the 3 doors on the side entrance were locked and couldn't be opened from the inside. Seems like a hazard in the event the hotel had to be evacuated in an emergency. Also didn't like that I had to pay $10 a night for parking.
