great stay in Denver
Positives: The breakfast was a little pricey
Negatives: Didn't like that you had to request that room service come in and make your room up. On Tuesday scheduled room to be made up it wasn't. needed extra towels , toilet ran all nite ice machine was out of order on the 5th floor told staff. They said I could go to a different floor. Will stay at another hotel in the future

Positives: We were disappointed there was no shuttle service, the restaurant was not open, we had to change rooms because of noise next door. All very disappointing.

Positives: Kids and Pet friendly. Excellent Customer Service at front desk. Complimentary water/ coffee at Lobby along with good options for snacks and drinks to buy. Comfortable. Close to the Airport.
Negatives: Phone at the room was not working properly. One of the beds was not properly done and missing the blanket.

Negatives: Would have liked something to be open for food when we checked in.
Positives: Liked the vanity being separate from the sleeping area.
Negatives: I didn't like that I couldn't enter the side entrance using my room key. I also didn't like that 2 of the 3 doors on the side entrance were locked and couldn't be opened from the inside. Seems like a hazard in the event the hotel had to be evacuated in an emergency. Also didn't like that I had to pay $10 a night for parking.
