Negatives: Just a couple of minor things about the combination tub/shower. First, the water pressure was very low. Second, the tub was quite slippery, which is something that elderly people are concerned about. Lots of hotels offer a rubberized bath mat that you can place in the tub, or have some sort of non-slip surface. On the plus side, the tub did have a safety handle to hang on to.

Negatives: Nothing I didn’t like

Negatives: Paying for parking

Negatives: Shower head pressure weak; towels really thin. Place could use a pick me up to make room roomier.

Negatives: Very loud Ac Wifi connection

Negatives: Need a breakfast w cost of room

Negatives: I didn’t like that there was no free breakfast and no microwave in the room, the hotel was a little run down and one of the electrical outlets in our room was completely out of the wall, dangerous with two kids with me

Negatives: no hairdryer in bathroom

Negatives: Very friendly staff, but not on the ball. Our waitress was great. The room wasn’t very clean, I wiped the glasses and something brown ended up on the washcloth. We didn’t have any of the bedding, pillows, or towels for the kids, and it was already bedtime before anyone could help us. We were on a tight schedule at breakfast, our meal was included, but we were sent back from the restaurant to the front desk to get vouchers. These are just examples of general disorganization. At 6 AM, our upstairs neighbor’s dog started barking. He can hear a lot.

Negatives: 1. False advertising. We booked the Two-Bedroom King Suite, expecting TWO bedrooms (as implied by the room type name) or at least TWO full beds (as indicated by the two full beds in the photos for thus room type). There are neither two bedrooms nor two beds - only one bed and one sofa bed. The staff showed no interest when I raised the issue and just shrugged their shoulders. Misleading photos are still up on their page. 2. Service levels fall short.. When we asked for the sofa bed to be made up, the sheets were trusted in our direction, and the staff turned around and left. 3. In the bathroom, there was an open wall socket, showing the electrical wiring exposed. 4. On our second day, after being out all day, our room had not been tidied. We asked one of the ladies cleaning rooms to please clean ours when she was done. When she came over to our room, she did nothing but remove two glasses - we had to ask her to come back to make the beds, replace the toilet paper, and bring fresh towels. No cleaning at all was done in the bedroom, and the surfaces were left dirty.
