I spoke to the front desk in person to cancel my two night. I have been charged the full amount of 310.44. I was told I would be reimbursed at least for one night of 155.22. I haven’t received anything from the hotel or booking. Com.

It was good
I think that this is a very important service for parking, you have valet parking but I think that is better that you can offer another option.
Breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had in awhile. The staff did an incredible job during a busy weekend to make sure everything was stocked for guests.
Bathrooms needs attention. Fixture coverings falling off in the shower and toilet had difficulty flushing at times. Needs updated and maintained.
Great value for the stay
The property was good and close to Saint Luke’s hospital, which we wanted.
When we were trying to walk in a lady approached us asking for money and screaming her kid had got shot seven times. Maybe they need to add some security for their guests to avoid situations like these.

Room was clean and quiet.
I reserved a king studio. They gave me 2 queens. I didn't realize until I was already in the room and after a long day with a toddler, I didn't feel like changing rooms. Staff was not friendly but not really rude either.
I loved that they upgraded me to a huge suite! The room was huge and very clean.
