Thank you Nick for your kindness in assisting us with the early morning airport transportation. You were extremely helpful, diligent and patient. Your actions left us feeling well cared for and understood, which affected our overall experience at the hotel. Thank you. We look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn next time we are in Denver.

Negatives:
Called early for early check-in and they would not honor that even though the hotel was empty. Said they had to wait for all the rooms to be cleared before they could check me in. The next morning breakfast was not ready because whoever cooks I guess did not show up.could not wait for backup crew too get anything out. Charged for parking my car overnight before I went back to the airport. Seems like another way to collect a fee that is not clearly advertised. Will keep our room rates looking like they’re low but tack on a $12 per night fee for parking your car in an empty parking lot. Not good business.
