I got stranded in Denver at the last minute. This hotel had free breakfast and a shuttle back to the airport. I arrived with nothing but the front desk clerk helped me with a toothbrush and some mouth wash.

They double charged the "resort fee", the fee was already included in the booking price, but when I was there to check-in the lady on the front desk charge $20.37 for the resort fee plus a $100 refundable security deposit.... After I paid for those two (they do separate charges, even if you use the same card, they did two transactions).... When I realized that I went back to the front desk few minutes after and I asked for the front desk lady why they charged me again once I already paid for and she said the will reimburse me this fee, still waiting (5 days today since that nothing yet)... There was one lady in front of me doing the checkin and she paid this fee as well, looks like this is normal and regular procedure, just keep your eyes open!!
