Positives: convenient to airport quiet, on a side street big rooms with a kitchenette if you need a bite, the hotel bar serves small dishes and the are restaurants 10 min away on foot
Negatives: breakfast was OK, a bit skimpy on the healthier choices (but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were very good, according to husband)

Positives: Breakfast was great and loved the different options. I liked the location, how close the hotel was from the airport and very convenient since I was by myself.
Negatives: Horrible experience and very unsatisfied!!! I called to set up a shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel due to arriving late 1130pm from Houston. Waited out on the island curbside in the freezing cold for about 7 minutes until the shuttle came. At first pulling up driver looked to be polite, decent and safe but as he came out the van to grab my bag, he spoke in broken english saying homewood suite hotel, i said yes....he opened the van door for me to sit but kept staring at me and I immediately felt unsafe, he kept calling me sweetie. Then he tells me sweetie stay here I take a piss, you know piss to use the bathroom ( by this timei feel uncomfortable and unsafe calling my husband on video chat) ...from there it was so awkward, unprofessional to talk to your customer like that. I told him I'm not your sweetie but still kept calling me sweetie, he took very long to come back to the shuttle. In the mean time there was another family of 4 that was stuck outside waiting for their ride and asked the driver to take them to their hotel which I'm thankful they did because I didn't feel safe. He took the family to their hotel first passing the Homewood suites ( which I should've been 1st priority) then he takes his time driving slowly taking me to the hotel asking me personal questions and still addressing me sweetie (while my husband is on the phone ), as we arrived to the front to check-in the lady at the front desk looked upset and mad....she asked how long did he take to get you? I explained to her what happened and how horrible, unsafe and scared my experience was and I don't want this man driving me or anyone again. He was dark, short and spoke broken English ( middle eastern)
