Negatives:
The attitude of staff from our first point of contact was less than enthusiastic.
Then our experience at the bar was very unprofessional.
When we checked in at 9:20pm we were told that the bar closed at 10pm. We arrived at the bar at 9:40 and were told the manager had decided to close early. We challenged this decision and were served but most begrudgingly.

The hotel met our needs...
Positives:
Everything was clean and nice, and the bathroom was had a pretty good shower. It had pretty much everything I needed but a mini fridge
Negatives:
We didn’t have a “mountain” view like it said we would but you are high up so you get some views between some buildings and we I don’t think the room is “sound proof”. The rooms also look bigger in the pictures. Definitely a bit smaller then expected.

Quick 1 night stay!

Good location, comfortable room.
Negatives:
Coffee maker was broke, they did replace with a new one. Asked for housekeeping every day, did not receive it. When we did receive it the last night, they took two shopping bags of souvenirs thinking they were trash…I’m guessing. After much back and forth trying to get my merchandise back we were told it was trashed. The manager did compensate us by removing a few nights, valet and food from our bill. Still doesn’t make up for the fact that our personal items were taken.

Upon our arrival,we met Clinton at the front desk and picked up on our conversation from a phone call the previous evening.Clinton and staff members went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Great staff,great location,and nice accommadations.
Positives:
We have stayed there before. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Location is a short walk to both Coors field and Empower field.
Negatives:
Location of the common restroom is unusual and would be difficult for someone with a disability to get to. Both times we have stayed there I had to go back and remind the staff that we had paid for breakfast with our reservation and they had forgotten to give us vouchers.

I liked it all overall. When we got there they asked if we wanted a higher room and we said yes. We got the 4th floor and the view was horrible. The room was also kinda small.
