Positives: Location is fantiastic, right at Union Station. So close to the downtown area and the restaurants of Union Station and the adjacent downtown area. So it good if you have a longer layover in Denver, rather than staying out near the airport which has little to see and do.

Negatives: I thought check out was a little lax. What we were told on check in did not occur, and we had to remind the agent, twice, of what we had included in our rate, so charges were removed.
