The staff members were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with an incredible view of the train station. The room key used to unlock the elevator is an incredible idea, but you have to be aware. If you don't know it, it can be annoying to be stuck in the elevator for no reason.

New hotel with large, clean rooms, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Conveniently located in LoDo with lots of hip restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
Although much cleaned up the neighborhood still has a fair share of homelessness and drug users. I felt slightly unsafe parking the car at night.

The location is great for meeting tours at the close by Union Station and there is a lot of good restaurants within walking distance
The rooms are modern and well sound protected from outside construction. Well insulated and kept the warmth wonderfully
The coffee station in the morning was well stocked and welcome find a few days into my stay
Negatives:
The housekeeping was very inconsistent with toiletries rarely being replaced and random timing (early in the morning or late in the afternoon)
There was no coffee machine in the room. There is a good coffee station available in the lobby before 10.30am however, it was not well posed and required to be up and dressed for a morning coffee.
There is a clear homeless issue around the city however this was consistent with our whole USA trip

Location is fantiastic, right at Union Station. So close to the downtown area and the restaurants of Union Station and the adjacent downtown area. So it good if you have a longer layover in Denver, rather than staying out near the airport which has little to see and do.
Negatives:
I thought check out was a little lax. What we were told on check in did not occur, and we had to remind the agent, twice, of what we had included in our rate, so charges were removed.
