Positives: We parked in the lot behind the hotel and it was around $25 for two nights. Very reasonable. The room had darkening shades so we could sleep in late. Coffee/Tea was available till 10 or 10:30. Location was in the middle of downtown so we could walk or uber. We usually wat in your restaurant but not this time, although it is a very good restaurant and has great service.

Positives: the tub in the spa room. the location. the lobby.

Negatives: no coffee in the room unless you ask. who knew. no room service unless you ask. the detergent either smells or is too week to actually clean the sheets, which smelled. the bed is way too firm. the sheets aren’t comfortable. asked front desk to deliver more water and nespresso cups for last morning was futile.

Positives: The room was very pretty. I wanted to try a kimpton for awhile and when I had a terrible Airbnb experience that was my opportunity. It was a nice stay and right in downtown Denver.

Negatives: I wish there had been room service. I am concerned about the hotel as a whole. They went to the effort to make the bathrooms beautiful, BUT the shower flooded EVERY TIME we used it AND the WALLPAPER in the BATHROOM was peeling off. Sad because it seemed so new and not standing up to the efforts or money put in.
