Positives: I did like the location of the property. That’s it. The two night shift workers were the only nice ones- as the woman who checked us in and out in the morning was quite rude.
Negatives: where do I start. Upon arrival you have to pay for parking. Even though you’re already paying to stay there. Once we came through for check in- we had to wait 5-10 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front desk. The woman who checked us in could not be bothered to help us really. She was short, rude, and seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there. She told us where the elevator was- but failed to mention it was out of order. When we asked her for help she seemed even MORE annoyed and told us to use the stairs or the elevator located all the way in the back of the building. We had multiple suitcases so we had no choice but to trudge through the building for the elevator- and then trudge all the way back to the front for our room. When we finally got to our room- the door would not open. The keys wouldn’t work, the door looked busted, the hallway was dark and smelled awful. Finally we were able to get it open by shoulder checking the door. We left for our activities and returned later that night to find out that our keys didn’t work to open ANY doors. We parked near our room and were stuck outside- and had to walk all the way back to the front entrance. It was about to snow, and was freezing. The two night shift workers were very sweet and helped us get new keys and apologized so much. But alas the keys still didn’t work. The locks on our doors were also unsecured. We had to prop chairs up to feel safe. PLUS our shower did not work and we had to again go downstairs and get help. Overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Super disappointed. We’ve stayed in nice la Quintas before but this was not one of them. Dish out the extra $10-20 a night and save yourself from this true nightmare

Negatives: The little store was very empty and they didn’t have anything like combs or toothbrushes. I was was stuck there because of cancelled flight and had no luggage.

Positives: Close and convenient for an overnight stay during a flight
Negatives: The elevator had a mind of its own. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. After a long day of travel, you want to get to your room. Ended up riding the elevator up and down for a couple main floor pick up’s as it didn’t want to drop me on my floor.

Negatives: I didn’t like that there was no cleaning/laundry available when i requested clean towels. At the time there was only one elevator that worked and the key fob didn’t open up the side door, you had to go all the way around by pool area.
