Positives:
Absolutely Nothing! Sadly we Arrived the next morning due to our flight getting delayed and they wouldn't even check us in to use the room we paid for because our booking was cancelled by them at 3am prior to our arrival. Disgusting and unkind place that refused to take into consideration that out flight was the reason we couldn't arrive till morning the next day. We had spend time travel from Australia and haven't had a shower, sleep or were exhausted hoping to at least have our room available for us to take a little rest and shower in the morning .The only thing they could offer was to rebook the room to check in at 1pm knowing well they are a place people stay briefly whilst on their journey and arrive from different parts of the world not just US to rest to rest. Their lift was also broken, I had to ask permission to use a bathroom in the lobby. Young girl informed us sorry but too bad you missed your checkin time knowing we're well I tried to email through booking app to inform them we were being delayed and to either partially refund us accomodation booked or at least let us used the room we paid for to rest. My partner was sick from exhaustion and we had to leave the place devastated and disheartened by unkind treatment we received. Never, never again will I be booking that place or recommend it to people traveling to stay at.
