The room was ok but not what I asked for.
The location is close to were I was heading.
I liked that the room has the small kitchenette even though I didn't use it due to short time.
Negatives:
I called a week earlier and changed the reservation to 2 queen bed room instead of 1 king bed. I talked with Reshima and she confirmed it.
I arrived to the hotel at 11 pm and was given a disability room with a king bed,the front dest lady said that there are no room left in the hotel to offer me, she said even though I have the reservation it's first come first serve. Which doesn't make any sense.
2nd. I added a note to my reservation on booking that I need extra bedding in the room foe the soda bed. There wasn't any and it took the lady over 30 min to bring it up to the room after calling her twice and hanging up the phone on me!!!
She came up and said they ran out of pillows!! Like how am I supposed to sleep without a pillow?!
