There wasnt much I liked about the entire stay.
Negatives:
The front desk person was probably the rudest person Ive ever encountered during a hotel check in. She literally handed me our room keys and walked away without even telling me what room we were in and when I asked shes wouldnt say. Just turned her back and walked away. At least it was written on the envelope.

Will never stay there again. The worst town place suites Ive ever stayed at.

The location was close to the places and people we were there to see.

The front desk staff were rude. The carpets and stairs were dirty. We had 1 towel in our room for 2 people for 2 days. When I called to get more towels, I was told to pick them up from the front desk...not delivered to our room.

Well situated near the train station, and kitchen appeared well equipped with oven, stove and microwave. Laundry facility on-site also very affordable, breakfast included in price was excellent and delicious
Negatives:
I did not feel entirely safe walking around the area due to the high level of homeless people on premises. Police had to be called one morning due to an altercation between two men in front of lobby building. Despite no smoking sign in building, all floors smelled strongly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Room - especially the kitchen not cleaned thoroughly or checked for a long time. everywhere there was dust in the room that I had to wipe down, and the kitchen contained food rubbish from previous people including dirty/used cutlery returned straight to the drawer. When I asked staff for clean crockery I was told to wash what had been provided
