as a single woman I felt safe. the airport shuttle was on time and the breakfast was okay. I love having a shower instead of a tub/shower combination.
Negatives:
I love to drink coffee. I drink coffee before I go to bed and as soon as I wake up. The rooms did not have any coffee pots. this couldnt be because of Covid rules because at breakfast on every table were ketchup bottles, hot sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers that were never cleaned the 30 minutes I sat in their dining area. That makes me wonder why they wont put coffee pots back into the rooms. they did have coffee in the lobby, but when I went to get a cup two different times it would be cold, and I do t want to have to be dressed to go the lobby late at night or early in the morning so,I can have coffee. Sorry, but because of that I would not stay at the Hilton TRU again.

The reception staff was SUPERB! From checking all the rooms in to getting the little things we needed, like scotch tape & extra pillows they were fantastic! We all were SO impressed with the breakfast buffet as well!!! So many options there was something for everyone in our large group!
