Location was hard to find. Sign did not stand out. Place was under construction and no mention was made. First room given to us was passing but had so many flies there was no way we were sleeping there. Second room assign to us was nicer but sink wood not drain.

I booked two room and both rooms were dirty when we checked in. Left over items in the fridge of both rooms and the floors looked/felt like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in a long while. Also, had to go ask for batteries for the remotes as there were none in either remote

Website out of date - restaurant closed, never reopened after COVID. Bad plumbing. Paint peeling. Channels on TV not same as guide. Hot tub not open. Maintenance not kept up on hotel.

We had to be moved 3 times due to dirty rooms that had obviously not been cleaned ! I told the lady I’d like a refund but was only moved to a semi clean room filled with moths. Overall the staff was nice but not super helpful

I booked to stay at the Ramada for 2 nights in Sterling, CO as I’m attending a wedding. Upon arrival, our room had an instant odor of cigarette smoke and moth balls. There were even several moths flying around our room. After bringing our belongings in, we attempted to lock the door but were unable to due to locking mechanisms missing. This made me and my partner very weary of wanting to stay.
