Our only complaint was the room heater unit fan was VERY loud. It was cold enough that we needed to run it most of the night, but made sleeping well a challenge.

The parking was not practical and I was actually charged an additional fee to park in the parking area, the pool was closed for maintenance but it wasn’t noted until check in and no discount was given for the lack of this amenity.

The location (if you need to go to CSU) is excellent. Many places to eat at walking distance. The staff is super friendly and polite.
Negatives:
The room was not very clean. And it's a bit noisy. You can here the cars on the road, the train, and people in the nearby rooms.

The carpet needs changed and the constant dripping sound was truly annoying. We left at 4 am because we couldn't sleep.

The AC in my room was broken. Interacting with the staff made me feel depressed due to how much they hated to be there. There was no hand soap for the sink. Getting in and out of their parking lot was also a nightmare.
