Positives: The desk clerk was very very nice. She handled an incident very well that took place as I was checking in. She was very professional about it and held her ground. She deserves a raise to deal with weirdos coming in at all hours of the night. I love the full size dove products in the shower. But they need secured better or that will disappear quick. The room was booked by my parents . So this is submitted by the person who actually stayed not the person who's name is listed

Negatives: This morning when I woke up I was sitting at the foot of the bed and felt something on the fitted sheet and it was dried boogers. And cob webs in the corner right across from the bed.
