This is a great location if you are going to fiddlers green amphitheater, it's easily walkable.
Negatives:
There were several flies hanging out by our door the entire time. Every time we went in or out we had to be careful not to let any flies in. There was also a longish hair on the bathroom floor and a small hair on the toilet when we arrived.
