My hotel room was missing a faucet handle in the bathroom, the kitchen sink didn't drain, the trashcan was filled with used diapers which caused the room to stink. 10 minutes for hot water in the shower. There was a light fixture with no cover and exposed electricals.

The layout & amenities of the room were great. It was a good value and included a ‘grab & go’ breakfast.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. There had obviously been a dog previously staying in the room because it smelled and dog hair was clinging to everything in the room. The bed seemed to be the only clean thing in the room fortunately.
