Positives: Breakfast was good. Room was satisfactory. We checked out early and I was glad they didn't charge us for an extra day. Morning staff member upon checking out was great.

Negatives: I booked this hotel after looking at the weather. I wanted an outdoor pool that my son and I could swim in. The weather was good for the days we were supposed to be there. But unfortunately the staff informed us that it was closed until May. I would have booked at another hotel that had an indoor pool if I would have known. Also the staff member working when we checked in was eating and drinking and had spilled on his shirt, was very casual not professional at all. When we first went to our room it was the wrong room. My husband went back down and the staff member questioned if we were at the right room making it sound like it was our error. We showed him the card that he had written the wrong room number on our card.

Positives: The price is excellent for such a well maintained and managed hotel.

Negatives: The staff and the vast majority of all of the guests were great! Unfortunately, due to their excellent prices they had a couple of what seemed like homeless folks staying there, which in-and-of-itself isn't a problem but when they're drunk and wandering halls, that's another thing. Let me stress I never felt unsafe I just didn't feel like being dragged into a drunken conversation every time I walked by certain rooms.
