Positives: It was close to our family which was the purpose of our visit.

Negatives: There was no place to sit other than the bed or the desk. One person could sit at the desk while the other stood to eat or sat on the bed. You had to ask for kitchen items which meant trying to think of anything you might need in one trip and carrying it all back to the room. Which meant waiting in the staff to finish with other guests in line and then juggling or multiple trips.

Positives: it was close to the hospital where I needed to go for a medical treatment from out of town.

Negatives: I didn’t feel safe there as a solo traveler. the outside looks better than the inside of building. the inside is rather drab. there was smell of marijuana in halls. the workman left supplies in the hall creating trip hazard. the room was drab . staff was not visible from the desk area . I spoke with manager so there is no surprise but I came in from many hours long drive needing to use the bathroom immediately. ( medical issue) was told by two managers that they would not allow me to use their bathroom . as a result I could not make it to the restroom in time. I would think that the hospitality industry would do better at hospitality kindness and common sense. I changed hotels.

Positives: Helpful friendly staff. The room was large, good to have a stove and fridge for cooking. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows with no allergy problems.

Negatives: The floor in our room was not properly swept or cleaned - there was a piece of half eaten shrimp on the floor, and other morsels of some type in the bathroom. there was also trash not picked up behind the night stand..There was also a missing bathtub plug.
