Negatives: Telephone cord was cut so no wake-up call. Called front desk who said hed come and talk about wake-up call but he didnt. Heater extremely noisy and kept turning on and off all night. Bed so hard it felt like cement with pad. No channel 6 on tv.

Negatives: Having to pay their $100.00 deposit is a demerit is frustrating for me. Additionally the shower fixtures were ALL loose in the wall and the faucet itself was very loose and floppy making it difficult to set the water temperature.
