Stayed there eight years ago and didnt know what to expect! Night clerk was outstanding, room was clean, looked the same as the last time but was extremely well kept up. Beds were very comfortable and great towels after a hot shower.

I got food poisoning from a Chef salad at the Hotels Restaurant. Outdated dressing and probably bad meat. Could not go to Rocky Mtn. National Park the next morning.

Most of the hot breakfast items were out. When we asked for refills the server was very short. We waited for approximately 15 minutes and still no items were replenished. We were on a schedule so we left with no breakfast.
