The sink and bathroom had a sewer smell.....in fact the entire hotel had a sewer smell.....when we mentioned our concern they send the engineer who handle that had the day off.

Excellent property but no attention...
Positives:
The location was good for my visit with family in the parker area. The staff always said Good morning and the pillows were comfy..
Negatives:
Parking is in the back and you have to walk around to gain entrance. One restaurant was never open downstairs, clothing was left in the armoire and makes you think what else was missed in the cleaning of the room. My room faced the north and had balcony doors but no balcony, just weird in my opinion. The hotel was not as great as it sounded for the money and pretty average.

Positives:
Quiet, small, convenient, close to shopping and downtown, great facility for eating and our rehearsal dinner with 35 guests. Loved the nightlight in the bathroom and loved the air conditioning and temp control, especially overnight.
Negatives:
Hard to find a reason not to stay here if in the south Denver / Castle Rock region.

Positives:
The tap room facility is nice and Daves Diner is great food and great service. The exercise room is handy as well.
Negatives:
WIFI was undesirable. TV service was complicated and poor. Disappointed the 2nd floor and 4th floor options for drinks and food were eliminated for the sake of banquet facilities.
The doors entering the private hallways are always problematic and heavy/hard to open making them noisy as well.
It would appear the Sewer lines need to be blasted and clean as when we ran water in the sink the smell came up from the P trap in the bathroom sink.
