Negatives: BREAKFAST BLARNEY BURNED ME...need news worthy... Fox news on in the breakfast area...i was only one eating but didnt see the clicker...that breakfast would have been better w/o faux news BUT I was Not a 'Karen'-- although Should have been...Fox is faux and not at all welcome to know thats whats happened to the GoP...maybe Trinidad is like Tx ...good people wanting to believe ... But the GoP is not my father's or my Republican Party ANYMORE... but I d just eat on my patio next time..

Negatives: I'll admit sometimes you get what you paid for. When I checked in, the front desk wasn’t too friendly and asked me to park somewhere other than in the front room. other times, it was never a problem, so you can keep an eye on your car as you’re checking in case you have to get your license plate number and so forth. But I had to find parking which there were only two and they were a far walk and then I had to walk back to get a deposit money for my car unfortunately I don’t have cash on me.r I had just my card and then I had to walk back. She became nicer after I told her what a hard week I’ve had. My room was actually booked for different dates when I am pretty sure I booked for the correct dates cause I had looked up several rates and put in the same dates repeatedly but since I had to change it, but I did it that night you guys charged me an extra $19 almost. When I checked into the room, the amenities weren’t available the pool and the hot tub were being remodeled and the stairs to go to my room didn’t have any carpeting. I kept getting caught on the wood when I came too and from and was doing my laundry. One time I almost fell. I was looking for a hotel that had continental breakfast and specifically for either an indoor pool or a hot tub. They did not acknowledge the fact that they were remodeling sometimes that would be nice for someone to know so they can decide whether they wanna stay there or not I mean they had some stuff available like yogurt, a fruit bar and coffee, but that wasn’t my idea of a breakfast. I understand that everybody has continental breakfast is but that one didn’t specify so that was disappointing. I usually don’t complain, but this situation I just was not happy as soon as I gotten around I tried to turn the heater on, and it blew cold air finally when it got warm.

Negatives: I had made the reservation online for my husband, I called several times before his stay to ask a question, but there was no answer... one of the times the phone was picked up and then hung up on me... and I could hear ladies talking in the background. When my husband checked in, the clerk was almost rude and very short... He was pressed for time and had already paid online, or else I would have canceled the reservation.

Negatives: What I didn’t like about my stay was the unattended children running up and down the hallway!
