Awesome staffs and manager. Rooms were clean and good services.
Quality breakfast and evening snacks.
Though we couldn't enjoy the warm pool due to due to the fear of winter, they maintained it nicely. Love to start again in future.

The location was ideal for us. The front desk staff was fairly friendly. The building smelled nice and was clean. Breakfast was satisfying.
Negatives:
We had booked and paid for a room with a fireplace. Upon entering our room we discovered it did not have a fireplace. We went to the front desk where they stated that we did not book a fireplace room and that Booking.com booked the wrong room for us. Staff was able to change our room to one with a fireplace. Upon entering that room the fireplace did not work and we had to have someone come fix it. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed. We became frustrated with the housekeepers who repeatedly knock on the door despite having the sign out that said to clean the room later. The maid entered the room while my husband was asleep in bed even though I kept telling her no. She could not speak English and insisted on entering the room. The next day the maids came in the room multiple times while we were asleep in bed hours before it was even checkout time.
