The bathroom was dirty. There was no conditioner, only one shampoo for 2 people, there was a smell of gas and they had a fan blowing to try to get rid of the smelll

Staff did not tell us we had to ask to have our room serviced. When we finally found out after calling them, we asked for our room to be serviced the next day & they still didn't do it. When we asked why, they said that it had been a busy day & didn't have time to do it.
Zero care from the staff & when questioned they got angry.
