The front desk employee J would be the ONLY reason I would return. He was amazingly helpful, patient, polite, friendly, and caring to me.

That the handicap parking is farther away from the front door than regular parking. Hampton puts members before the handicap. Disgusting. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have a hard time getting around. Hampton Inn and Suites showed me what they thought of me and my disability.
Sleeping at 8:30am. Barely dressed and all of a sudden the door opens and there’s the cleaning lady looking at me!! This hotel is so unprofessional. If that’s not telling me I over stayed my welcome I don’t know what does. Will be avoiding Hampton Inns from now on.
