I did not like how I checked in and the lady at the front was on her phone texting air pod in ear, then I informed her I was a member and asked if I could check out late and she told me I could not and said because I booked through booking mind you I always book through booking and check out later. Also there is no a 50 dollar “hold” you pay up front I have stayed at this property a hand full of times and never once paid that. She was not friendly at all

The room definitely needed to be remodeled. I’ve stayed at several holiday inns over the years this was probably the most outdated one I’ve ever stayed at and I was really looking forward to going swimming with all my children, but unfortunately couldn’t due to there being no water in the pool.

this was one of the most outdated hotels I’ve ever stayed at the rooms were not the same rooms that were advertised on Booking.com. The pool was inconveniently under construction but somehow would be ready by the next week. shortly after arrival at the room, the toilet when flushed would clog and start to overfill. We called the front desk, and though told someone would be up, no one never came. Luckily, we were with a family that had a room right across the hallway, but it’s still was very poor experience, not being able to use your own bathroom in a hotel that you paid for.
