Location is great, it's right near center of milford

Marc, the sales managers, us nasty and mean. He has no customer service manners, he swears at people's. He doesn't care if you're homeless. I call corporate on him, and it does do any good, I'm waiting for a letter 5 days on him, which proves he was wrong to do what he did.

The horrible attitude of the lady that eventually checked us in after standing there for 25 minutes and not seeing any employee. Then the sheets were not changed. And I know this for a fact because I was a hotel manager for many years and inspections obviously was part of my job. Then when I asked for clean sheets she basically threw them at me and told me I'd have to give her the old sheets...as if I'm trying to steal your sheets. Then she proceeded to yell at me and tell me to change the sheets myself and told me I could leave if I didn't like it and told me she would not have anyone change them for me. So I said fine..refund my stay.. and she did and we left. She was the absolute worst employee of a hotel I have ever met.

The front desk clerk STOLE my debt card!!! Left the front desk and drove to taco bell on my debt card so I did not like that!! I traveled 9 hrs away and use a local bank so have no access to any money. I had to cancel my card big incinvience!!!
