Positives: It was very clean and convenient.

Negatives: I arrived at 1:42 am. The desk clerk was very condescending and rude. He had a sign on the door that said he would be back in 10 minutes. The sign stated that he was helping another guest. I called the front desk to let them know that I had arrived. He said, "Come in." I told him the door was locked. He said, "All you had to do was knock. He was not friendly at all. He told me to stop taking the card out when the keypad told me to take it out.
