Red Roof Inn Hartford- New Britain

Negatives: $50 deposit.

Negatives: Everything was dusty. Needs to wipe off door handles, remotes, phones, and dressers.

Negatives: I don't like the additional $50 room charge required when checking in.

Negatives: no stove, no breakfast and no restaurant working but they offer it on website!! i ask for a non smoking bedroom because I was with mi two kids but always the cigarettes smell get in the room trough the bathroom vent! i will never take my kids there again!!!

Negatives: other guest smoking cigarettes in the stairwell and drinking liquor. it was like a party in the staircase. then the armed security roaming the hallways. I was supposed to stay 2 nights. but after realizing that the heat in my room didn't work and front desk did nothing about it after I contacted them multiple times. the woman at the front desk was also very rude about my complaint. the room was not furnished how it showed in the pictures. there was no chairs no desk. the lamp on the nightstand was falling apart. let's not forget the loud drilling and banging coming from the room right next to me. my room was supposed to be non smoking but the entire room smelled like cigarettes. the pillow cases were stained the bed sheets seemed reused from the previous stay. I seen housekeeping in the hallway on my last day I asked for extra toilet tissue she told me no and said call front desk. can't forget the fact that my room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was down most of the time
