The hotel has bed bugs. I was bitten so many times. They switched me to another room and it also had bed bugs. The mattresses are filthy as well. The hotel did not offer me any type of refund or anything. All I got was I'm sorry miss. I will not be back.

The location was convenient to my next work case. There were many variety Food restaurants to choose from in walking distance that was also convenient.

Very Noisy hallway doors always slamming. Staff outside your door talking very loud with no consideration to the door message please do not disturb.

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in right away. When I checked out a few hours later, needed sleep after driving 15 hours and a hot shower. Needed to be on the road by 10 and check out was at 11 so I didn’t feel rushed. Check out was easy and was greeted when I left. The shower was amazing.

The bed wasn’t super comfy but I slept in the chair and my dog took the bed.
